Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to list a work?

Nothing. Publishing is free and there is no limit on the number of works.

What does the platform take from a sale?

Right now, nothing: there are no online payments and you settle with the buyer directly. When payments arrive, a 15 % fee will be added on top of your price and paid by the buyer — you receive your stated amount in full. Any change comes with 30 days' notice.

Why is my application reviewed but my works are not?

We check the account once, to be sure there is a real person behind it. After that you publish freely: waiting for approval on every card would cost days for no reason. If something breaks the rules, the work is hidden and the reason is explained.

How does search work?

The search box looks through titles, descriptions, materials and artist names — across every language you filled in. A work described in Hebrew will be found by an English query if you added an English version. Category, city, price and delivery are separate filters in the catalogue.

How do works reach the home page?

The feed is built by an algorithm. It lifts recently published works, works with a complete card, and above all those that have been seen little. Every published work has a real chance of being noticed. Position in the feed is not for sale.

Do I have to fill in all three languages?

No, one is enough. Other visitors are shown the original with a note that it is not a translation. But the more languages you fill in, the wider your audience — our buyers come from all over the world.

How many photographs can I add?

Up to five. The first becomes the cover. The order can be changed.

I don't want to ship works by post

That is fine. When publishing, choose local pickup only — the card will show your city, and buyers will know in advance.

Can I be an artist and a buyer at the same time?

Yes. It is one account, nothing to switch.

How do I delete my account?

In settings, yourself. Personal data is anonymised within 30 days.
